Use these journaling prompts to help your get mind going and really get an understanding for where you are because you can’t go anywhere if you have no idea where you are currently at.

To properly use these journal prompts be as honest as you possibly can with yourself when answering these questions and really dig deep into your answers.
You’re not going to change in your comfort zone so get out of there and start asking yourself the tough questions, you might be surprised with what you find.
