They can motivate you, make you laugh, cry, jump off the couch and pull a Marie Kondo and force everyone in your house to watch all the Ted Talks you can find.

And all it requires of you is to sit, listen and watch a video that’s less than 30 minutes long.

Pretty dang cool right?

I know you’re very short on time but big on results and I also know that are a lot of posts written about Ted Talks.

Which is why I’m making this one different.

If you want to change your life you go through stages.
