Do you have a manifestation morning routine?
Your morning routine can make or break your entire day.
Especially when it comes to manifesting all the things you want into your life.
According to the Law of Attraction and the Universal Laws, You are manifesting all day every day so if there was something you could do quickly and easily to ensure you are calling in everything you want would you do it?
That’s what this simple manifestation morning routine can do for you.
It will set you up for complete success in your manifesting power.
And trust me when I say it’s not filled with 101 complicated tasks that require a horn of an ox, your left toenail and some fairy dust.
It’s simple, practical and easy to do.
Manifestation Morning Routine
There are three planes of reality, spiritual, mental and physical and each one plays a role in your life.
The spiritual plane is the Universe and the spiritual level of manifestation. This is when you give your desires over to whatever you believe in on a spiritual level.
Your mental plane is about your daily thoughts, inner dialog, and beliefs.
Those things you can’t see.
I like to think of it like this, the Universe has a big phone up to your ear and is listening and feeling into your thoughts and vibration on a daily basis and manifesting circumstances accordingly.
Also, remember this, nothing can happen on the physical level until it’s first happened in your mind. So yeah, your mindset is very important for manifestation.
Lastly is the physical plane.
Which is, of course, the physical reality you see every single day.
It’s the circumstances, the people, places and things that come into your life to give you lessons, outcomes, and results.
You want your manifestation morning routine to hit on all three of these planes to ensure you are in alignment with what you want.
Which is just a fancy way of saying you’re thinking and doing the things that align with the outcomes you want.
Gratitude & Intention
The very first thing most people do when they wake up from a night of slumber is grab their phone and scroll through social media and other people’s lives for a half-hour before reluctantly sliding out of bed and grumble about their day while sipping coffee.
Speaking from personal experience, this isn’t the best way to have a great day.
One of the best times to start your day is to begin it before you even get out of bed.
As soon as you open your eyes throw some gratitude out into the world. Thank the Universe for a great night’s sleep and a brand new day.
This is such a small and simple thing to do but it so often gets overlooked.
Gratitude raises your vibration instantly and puts you into a receiving mode for all the good things to come into your life.
Daily gratitude is so important there’s even an entire book on it to help make it a solid part of your morning routine by Rhonda Bryne called, The Magic.
It’s such a life-changing book and process that I even added it to my monthly book club list.
Another powerful practice is to set a daily intention.
Setting an intention for the day is as simple as saying, “I intend for today to be filled with magic, abundance, and beautiful lessons.” Or whatever you want to intend for that day.
Intentions are a simple way to set the tone for your day and call in all the things you want into your life.
Pulling Cards or Using a Pendulum
Oracle and tarot decks can be a really fun way to see what messages you need to hear for the day and are a great spiritual practice if you’re feeling stuck or have specific questions you want answers to.
Both types of card decks can give you insight on what you need to focus on, the spirit guides that are with you that day and where your focus should be.
I realize this is a bit woo woo but it can be a fun practice, though not necessary.
You can purchase your own tarot and oracle decks to read or listen to a reading on youtube if you have the time.
Another practice you can use to give you answers to questions is to use a crystal pendulum.
Pendulums work best with yes or no questions but it’s a very simple tool to use in the morning and only takes a few minutes.
Meditation and Visualization
Meditation is extremely powerful when it comes to getting your mind right and quieting that voice in your head called your ego.
You can make mediation as simple or complicated as you want and it seems to be quite the polarizing topic.
To make mediation simple and easy, sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and focus on your breath. As thoughts come up, view them neutrally and allow them to float by as easily as clouds in the sky.
Then continue to focus on your breathing.
Pretty simple right?
Doing this first will help clear your mind for the next part.
Visualization is one of the best ways to get your subconscious mind involved in manifesting whatever you want.
Your subconscious mind is responsible for 95% of your daily thoughts and yes, most of those thoughts are not conscious.
Think of your subconscious mind like a train, it just keeps following whatever track you put it on until you tell it to go somewhere else and it’s preferred method of directions is, pictures.
This is why visualization works so well.
After your meditation or during whichever you prefer, create pictures in your mind of the way you want your life to look.
Take yourself a few minutes after you’ve received what you want to manifest.
See what you saw, hear what you heard and feel what you felt.
Your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between real or imagined so go big, dig deep and really make these images big and bright.
What does your life look like?
Who did you tell? What did they say?
What does it feel like?
If you’re struggling to visualize you can also use a vision board that has physical images for you to look at and really feel into them.
You can also use affirmations right away in the morning to ensure the first things you say to yourself are powerful and positive.
Physical Action List
Now that we’ve covered the spiritual aspect of your day as well as mental, it’s time to focus on the physical parts.
Because yes, nothing can happen on a physical level without physical action.
It’s kind of required.
This can mean making a “to do” list or a “to manifest” list, it’s up to you.
But make sure to list out the exact tasks and actions you need to take to call in your desired manifestations.
I find picking 3 actions that will really move the needle forward is the easiest and most effective way to do this and it helps with overwhelm so that you’re not looking at a giant list of things to do for the day.
Choose just 3 actions that align with your manifestations.
As an example, if you want to start a freelancing business, the action items on your list could be, reach out to potential clients via social media and email, create a “work with me” page on my website to advertise my services and search for a coach to help me.
Or something like that.
The goal is to choose three items that will move the needle forward and they should put you out of your comfort zone a bit too.
For this to work, you have to actually know what you want, so if you don’t figure that out first on your own or book in one of my 1:1 clarity sessions.
How to Move Stuck or Stagnant Energy
Not every day is going to be a great day.
That’s just the reality of being a human being and it’s completely natural to have off days.
Make sure to recognize why you’re feeling this way and allow yourself to feel and process as you need to.
But there are ways to move stuck or stagnant energy if you’re feeling lack of motivation or just an over “stuckness” that you can’t seem to get out of.
Emotional Freedom Technique of EFT is a very simple and quick practice to move energy.
It can can be done on your own or by following along with a video.
You can do it in the car, on your way to work, in bed, at the movies, literally anywhere.
EFT requires you to tap on certain points of the body to help release and move stuck energy.
Another way to move energy through the body is to move and exercise.
Some things you can do without equipment are:
- Go for a walk or run outside
- Bodyweight workouts
- Jump around your house
- Play with your dog, cats or kids
These things don’t need to be complicated, but exercising can immediately boost your mood and vibration and make you feel instantly better and more motivated.
Create a Morning Routine that Works for You
Morning routines are a dime a dozen.
There are so many different things you can do to help your day be the best possible but the point is to create a manifestation morning routine that works for you and one you will actually do.
Because it only works if you do it.
As far as the rest of the day goes, remember that the Universe will either send you exactly what you asked for a lesson you needed to learn first.
Trust that what comes to you is exactly right.
