Did you know it’s possible to attract everything you’ve ever wanted in life?


That car you’ve been eyeing.

The dream house you’ve got pinned on your Pinterest board.

That big romantic, loving relationship you daydream about.

Even the body of your dreams.

It’s possible because of one simple law.

And that law is *cue drumroll* The Law of Attraction.

The Law of Attraction was popularized first by the book which was followed by the Netflix documentary, “The Secret”.¬†

The law is simple.

It states that you have the ability to attract whatever it is you want into your life simply based on your thoughts, beliefs, and actions.

I mean how amazing is that??

Don’t believe me that it gets to be that simple? Keep reading.


What is the Law of Attraction 

The Law of Attraction is pretty simple.

It states that like attracts like.

Okay, so what does that really mean?

This means that like a magnet, positive thoughts create more positive thoughts and negative thoughts create more negative thoughts.

If you focus on positive feelings and thoughts, you will draw in more circumstances that elicit those positive thoughts and feelings.

Try it for yourself.

Think of something that makes you really happy.

Take note of how many more memories filed in after that first happy memory.

If you focus on the good, you will see more of the good.

If you focus on the bad, you will see more of the bad.


You are a Co-Creator

Coupled with the Law of Attraction is the idea of a higher power.

This higher power can be God, angles, the Universe. It’s up to you and is a personal preference.

What you need to remember here is that you are simply a co-creator of your life.

Which means, there is a higher power helping you along the way.

Moving the chess pieces of your life to fit whatever vision you want it to.

This higher power, I’ll say, the Universe is in control of the details of your vision.

Meaning when your desires come into your life, who they come through, and where they happen.

Your job in this process is to get clear on the what and the why.

This will all become clearer in the next section.

The biggest key is to remember you are not alone in this and to really make the Law of Attraction work for you, you must recognize that there is a higher power helping you along the way.


The Law of Attraction is Always “On”

Whether you believe in this or not, because it is law, it is always working.

Another universal law is gravity.

It works on everyone. Regardless of race, gender, age, weight, height, nationality, etc.

If you pick up a rubber band and drop it, it falls.

When you jump on a trampoline you always come back down.

That’s just the way it works.

Same with The Law of Attraction.

It’s working all day every day whether you realize it or not.


Stop Sticking your Head in the Sand

One of the biggest misconceptions about the Law of Attraction is that all it requires of you is to be happy, happy, happy all the time and I feel I need to address this before moving forward.

And that you should ignore all of life’s problems.



That’s 100% not true.

Life is going to throw you curveballs.

There are going to be days that are really hard. When you feel down and out. Angry, frustrated, anxious, stressed out.

When these days, emotions and feeling pop up it is an opportunity for you to learn.

To grow.

Don’t ignore your feelings.

Use them.

Figure out what’s creating the feelings and emotions and ask yourself what you can do to learn the lesson and move on.

Doing that will make the Law of Attraction work in your favor even stronger.



How to use The Law of Attraction

As you know, the Law of Attraction is always working, it is always “on”.

You will manifest or call into your life whatever reality your focus is on but there are some simple ways to call in specific things into your life.

Such as that dream body, the car, the big grand vacation, money and whatever else you want.

The goal here is to become intentional with The Law of Attraction and manifest your desires on autopilot.

And you do this by using three simple steps.




1. Ask the Universe for What you Want

Remember how I said part of your job is the know what you want?

This is it.

Right here.

Think of it like putting in an order at a restaurant.

You scan through a menu picking out exactly what is you want to eat. Maybe removing or adding a few things here and there.

Once the waiter comes by you tell them what you want, then sit back and relax because your job is done.

Before you can get your order, you must first know what you want.

Here are some guiding questions:

  • What don’t I want? What’s the opposite?
  • If I had a genie in a lamp and could make unlimited wishes, what would I wish for?
  • I can have, do and be whoever and whatever I want. What does my life look like?
  • Take the biggest areas of your life that you want to change. What do you want those areas to look like?
  • Use these guiding journal prompts to help if you’re really stuck

Once you’ve decided on what you want to bring into your life, set an intention for it to come to you.

You can do this in many different ways but I like to keep it simple.

Write down on a piece of paper, I intend to manifest, or I intend to call into my life, x, y, z.

Whatever you want.

At the end, write, it is done, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Or whatever you personally feel called to end with.


What Can I Manifest?

One of the biggest questions about the Law of Attraction is what you can and can’t use it for.

It’s always working, so you can use it to manifest anything and everything.

Here are some examples:

  • A sign you are on the right path. – ask for a specific sign from the Universe to know if you’re on the right path or not.
  • Weight loss/weight gain
  • Money
  • Success
  • Love
  • Health – you can manifest a specific doctor or specialist that could help you unlock the answers you are looking for in regards to a health problem.
  • Resolving a conflict
  • Dream home
  • Vacations
  • Free food
  • Free tickets
  • Free events
  • Discounted hotel rooms
  • Winning competitions

The point is, you can manifest anything with the Law of Attraction.

There are no coincidences.


2. Believe your Desires are Manifesting

I’m just going to be honest.

This is the toughest step of them all.


Because most of our lives are filled with evidence of what’s not possible instead of what is.

You have to have the belief that what you want is possible for you.

No matter what.

None of this, I’ll believe it when I see it.¬†

Like the old saying goes,

Leap and the net will appear.

Believe what you want is coming to you.

The thing is, the Universe doesn’t recognize time.

So your manifestations will come when they come.

Some will come faster than others.

Just like soup comes out of the kitchen much faster than a well-done steak.

That doesn’t mean the steak isn’t coming, it just means it might take a little bit longer.

The more quickly you can believe that what you asked for in step one is coming to you, the faster you can get into alignment with your desires and the faster they will come.

Getting into alignment is like sitting in the same spot you were led to when you came in.

If you get up and play musical chairs, the waiter won’t be able to find you as easily and it’ll take longer for your food (or manifestation) to get to you.


Changing Your Beliefs Can Help you Manifest Faster

Want to know a secret?

If you believe you can have, do and be whatever you want, those things will come to you so much more quickly.

And if your beliefs align with what you want, the Law of Attraction will work for you like that *snaps fingers*.

You can change your beliefs.

And it can happen really, really quickly.

One simple way to start is to use affirmations.

Affirmations are simply stories you tell yourself that align with what you want.

  • I am a money magnet
  • I am a strong runner
  • I am fit and healthy
  • I am a six-figure business owner
  • I am worthy of love and radiate love everywhere I go

You can use these affirmations on a daily basis to help make the connection on a subconscious level.

The more empowering stories (which are also beliefs) you tell yourself, the easier it will be to manifest what you want in your life.


3. Receive your Desires/Manifestations

This is the fun part.

It’s the part of the dinner when your food comes and everybody loves food right?!?!

So how do you receive your desires?

The first step is to become a vibrational match for them.

This just means you align your focus, beliefs, thoughts, and actions with what you want.

Trust me it’s a lot easier than it sounds.

You do this by embodying the version of you who already has what you want.

Let’s use the example of wanting to manifest weight loss.

To become a vibrational match and get into alignment you begin to ask yourself these questions:

  • How do I want this weight loss to make me feel?
  • What empowering beliefs do I need in order to reach my goal weight?
  • What type of thoughts will help me reach my goal? (hint: they ALWAYS empowering thoughts. STOP PUTTING YOURSELF DOWN)
  • I am (x amount of pounds), what are my daily habits?
  • What do I value?
  • What do I prioritize?
  • What action steps do I need to take?

Ask yourself these questions from the end goal.

Then embody them.

Take the necessary actions.

Think the necessary thoughts.

Create the necessary beliefs.

And do this every single day.

Watch what happens when you spend your time thinking and feeling like the version of you who has what you want and focus on who are you becoming in the process.


Make the Law of Attraction Fun

The key with all of this is to make manifestation and the Law of Attraction fun and enjoyable.

In fact, the more fun you have, the more amazing, incredible things you will bring into your life.

Simply, get clear on what you want, set an intention, create empowering beliefs that align with what you want and then embody the version of you that already has it.

Then enjoy the journey.

Remember, the Law of Attraction is not about sticking your head in the sand and pretending everything is okay, it’s about being the best version of you, you can be in that moment.

Regardless of your external circumstances.
