Daily Habits to Boost your Mood & Vibration

Raise your hand if you want to be happier.

So happy in fact that whenever someone photographs you, you look like one of those images of people laughing at their salads. (if you know, you know)

We all want to be happier right?

And life is so much easier when we are enjoying it instead of trudging through it like we’re walking through the desert with a cinder block tied to our ankles.

Being happy also means we can manifest what we want that much faster.

By now you probably know about the Law of Attraction, but there’s also a Law of Vibration.

Which means everything is vibrating at a certain frequency.

Your desires, the things you want to manifest are vibrating at a high frequency, because they make you happy and bring you closer to living your best life.

Happiness is also a high frequency.

So when we are happy, we are able to be on the same frequency as our desires and in turn, manifest them almost instantaneously.

You can read more about the Law of Vibration and the 12 universal laws here.

Now that you know you can manifest more of what you want, how do you boost your mood and vibration on a daily basis?

The biggest key to manifesting is to know what you want. Seriously. Know what you want then do and be what and who you need to get it. If you’re finding yourself saying, “I don’t know what I want!!” Grab my Personal Development Blueprint so that you can get clear on what you want and create a personalized roadmap to get it.  Click here to get started.

Daily Habits to Boost your Mood & Vibration

1. Begin your day with Meditation

Meditation is the act of sitting in silence while trying to turn your brain off.

This is much easier done first thing the morning when nothing has really happened just yet and your mind doesn’t have the time to start racing.

Meditating allows you to calm yourself and get in the right mindset before taking on your day.

It also gives you some much-needed self-reflection and alone time.

All you need to do to meditate is sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, clear your mind as much as you can and focus on your breathing.

When a thought comes up, put your attention back on your breath.

That’s it.

But it’s so powerful.

Whether you like guided meditations, free apps or simply sitting in silence, mediation is one of the best and easiest ways to boost your mood and raise your vibration first thing in the morning.

2. Exercise

“Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people don’t shoot their husbands, they just don’t.” Elle Woods – Legally Blonde

Seriously, if you want to be a happier person, get out there and move!

Exercise literally moves stagnant energy out of your body and instantly boosts your mood.

Physical movement also helps you get out of your own head and put the focus on something else.

Go for a walk, lift weights, dust off that old yoga mat, whatever makes you feel the best and requires you moving your body will make you a happier person all around.

3. Journal/Brain Dump

Journaling first thing in the morning is one of the best ways to jump into your day with a clear mind.

When we have 500 million ideas and thoughts running through our minds it’s extremely difficult to concentrate which just make us frustrated and annoyed.

Journaling doesn’t have to complicated.

Start with 3 things you’re grateful for, or write about any dreams you had overnight.

If you’re not a writer or are new to journaling, start with the 5-minute journal or The Magic.

Both books have daily practices to help you start your day off on the right foot.

And if you would like a few general journal prompts to get you started, try these:

  • Where would I like to see myself in 6 months?
  • What is one thing I can do today to improve yourself?
  • Who is my biggest inspiration? Why?
  • Am I being my truest, most genuine self? Why or why not?
  • Am I comfortable with my finances?
  • Where do I want my life to be in the next 12 months?

4. Choose what you Digest Carefully

You’re probably thinking I’m talking about food, but I’m not.

I’m talking about what you allow your mind to digest.

The news carries a very different vibration than say, the puppy bowl.

Because we are always on our phones, flipping through channels, speaking with coworkers, we are all affected by their vibrations.

The idea here isn’t to run around and delete all your social media accounts, rip out your television from the wall and yell at your boss with a few choice words because you don’t want to lower your vibration.

Simply recognize what makes you feel good and what doesn’t.

And then control what you can and ignore what you can’t.

If watching the six o’ clock news makes you want to curl in a ball in the corner the rest of the night, stop watching it.

If watching the Lion King six times in a row makes you sing and dance for weeks, do you.

We have the ability to chose what we consume on a daily basis, so make sure what your consuming is in alignment with how you want your day to go.

5. Pay it Forward

People love making other people feel good.

It’s just in our nature.

And one of the easiest ways to be a happier person and raise your vibe is to do something nice for someone else.

These don’t have to be grand gestures or paying for a family of 10’s happy meals.

Hold the door for someone, smile at a stranger, pick up something someone dropped and hand it to them, give out compliments.

Doing even these small things can be huge for the person you do them for.

It costs $0.00 to be kind.

6. Get Outside

Having a bad day?

Soak up some sun, feed the birds, walk by a river, hug a tree.

Trust me, you’ll feel a million and one times better instantly. Because science.

Getting out in nature and breathing in fresh air allows your energy to move throughout your body, you feel more connected to source and yourself and you’ll just feel better.

Even five minutes of soaking up some sun is enough to boost your mood instantly.

7. Make the Choice to be Happy

Happiness is a choice.

Or at least that’s what the motivational sign on my desk says.

But really though, every single morning, make the decision to have a great day.

Make the decision to be happy.

Our natural state, is a high vibration.

Meaning, we are meant to be happy, light, positive, joyful.

It’s as simple as making the choice to feel those high vibrational feelings.

Choose to listen to what makes you happy and make the choice to let the rest go.
