10 Best Amazon Products that make Meal Prep a Breeze

Sharing is caring!

There’s always that one person in the family that stands in front of the fridge for what seems like forever, searching for something to eat because of course, there’s nothing to eat! (I’m that person..)

We all know life can be stressful, so why make meal times one of those extra stressors when they don’t have to be?

I bring you, meal prep.

What is this magical meal prep?

Meal prep is simply preparing your meals in large quantities in advance and storing them in the fridge for easy access.

The only key to meal prep is to only store your meals for three days.

After three days your meals can start to get that “left over, mushy, smelly” taste and texture which nobody really likes. Sounds pretty simple right?

Well, I’m about to make meal prep even easier with these 10 best Amazon products to make your meal prep a breeze!

1. Green Saver containers

I used these containers for some already questionable kale I found at the grocery store (not sure why I bought it if it was so “questionable”..) and it kept it fresh for five days! These containers also come in large, long rectangular and small sizes to fit all of your favorite fruits and veggies!

Not only do these green saver containers work wonders for keeping your food fresh, they’re also super easy to stack together in your fridge to reduce wasting space!

2. Avocado Slicer

There’s nothing better than fresh avocado on toast or some savory guacamole!

I don’t know about you but I have a heck of a time cutting my avocado to look as aesthetically pleasing as all those Instagram food bloggers.

This 3-in-1 avocado slicer not only cuts open your avocado, it helps pull out that giant seed and slice it up perfectly! It’s also really handy to have when all of your knives are dirty from all those avocados you’ve been slicing up!

3. Silicone Baking Mat

Silicone baking mats are the world’s greatest invention if you cook using your oven a lot!

They are completely non-stick and reusable so you don’t have to waste a bunch of tin foil or parchment paper. Silicone baking mats also cook your veggies to perfection and make them perfectly crunchy!

As someone who burns pretty much everything, these worked perfectly!!

4. Insulated Lunch Box

Whether you have a long treck to work or your food has to sit in your locker until lunch, nobody likes lukewarm or cold food.

This insulated lunch box comes with 6 reusable containers, a cold pack, and a water bottle which makes it perfect for before work or at school! You can even prep a few meals for a few days and store it this lunch box for easy-to-go access!

Seriously, this lunch box is pretty cool! All I had was a Barbie lunch box that barely held any of my lunch.

5. Eat Cleaner Fruit & Veggie Spray

The unfortunate reality is that the food we buy regardless of it’s been washed before isn’t always clean.

If you want to be sure what you are eating stays fresh and is completely clean from pesticides, agricultural waste and waxes, you can use Eat Cleaner to clean all of your fruits and veggies!

Eat cleaner will also keep your fruits and veggies fresh for 5x longer! They also always have deals and bundles for you to choose from on the Eat Cleaner website.

6. Salad Spinner

Wet and soggy greens are so gross! After washing your veggies, a salad spinner gets rid of the extra water and leaves you with crisp, tasty greens.

Using a salad spinner will really help during meal prep to prevent your greens from wilting in their storage containers and they’re super inexpensive too!

7. Air Fryer

If you don’t feel like turning on your oven and burning everything you need an air fryer! I’m completely obsessed with this air fryer and use it for EVERYTHING!

Want crispy tofu? Done. Want crunchy french fries? Done. Want a healthy option for the kids? Done.

Air fryers are also much faster than the oven because you don’t have to wait for them to heat up. They also give you crispy fries every. single. time.

8. Ninja Blender

Ninja blenders make meal prepping the easiest thing in the world! Pop in some fruits and veggies, blend, put in a cup and run out the door! Simple breakfast on the go!

You can also make ice cream, salsa, guacamole and soups with these high-speed blenders which makes dinner time a lot less hectic.

There are tons of Ninja’s out there but my favorite is just the good old fashioned Ninja blender. It’s big enough to make a ton of food and there’s not too many containers sitting all over the house to clean.

9. Instant Pot

This ain’t your grandma’s slow cooker!

Instant Pots have been super popular lately and for good reason. You can easily cook rice, steam, saute or cook Sunday’s dinner all in one pot making clean up a whole heck of a lot easier!

If it’ll make your life easier, save you time and money, we’re talking about it!

10. Mason Jars

You can’t go wrong with good old fashioned mason jars and they’re super cheap! You can get them at your local thrift shop for less than 40 cents and they can be reused over and over again!

Mason jars are perfect for overnight oats, veggies and dip and even trail mix!
