Raise your hand if you want to attract more money into your life.
Did you raise your hand?
I sure did.
Okay, so let’s just pretend that you did indeed raise your hand in an enthusiastic manner while yelling, “me, me, me, over here!”
Well, we already know we can manifest whatever our heart desires into our lives based on our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and actions.
So if we want more money in our lives, we focus on money, right?
Yes and no.
The thing with money is that as humans we have a lot of feelings about money.
Like a lot a lot.
This means we can become attached to the money and getting the money and not having the money we want very easily.
And the easiest way to release that attachment is to feel like we already have it.
You may be wondering well, what the heck, I’m broke so how am I supposed to feel like I have what I don’t have?
Stick with me because I’m going to share with you 7 fool-proof ways to feel abundant when your bank account says otherwise.

How to Feel Abundant when you’re Broke
1. The Universe is Abundance
The first thing to understand is that the universe is always abundant and will always send you an abundance.
Which basically just means we will always receive an abundance in our physical reality of whatever emotion/feeling and thoughts we choose to focus on.
If you focus on lack or not having what you want, you will receive an abundance of lack.
This “lack” can show up in our lives in many forms including situations, people, places and things that perpetuate more lack, such as an abundance of people letting you down, an abundance of bills coming in or even an abundance of bad or frustrating days.
The same holds true for the opposite emotions and feelings.
If you want more abundance in your life ie. money, focus on the feeling of abundance.
2. Watch your Words
Every single thing we say has a meaning behind it, that meaning is given to those words based on the way we feel about them.
It’s very difficult to say anything without feeling some type of way about it first.
When you say you’re broke, you don’t have any money, things are too expensive, it’s because you’re feeling bad about money or feeling fear around money.
And consistently saying out loud that you’re broke is only making you believe it even more which then creates your actions and in turn, your reality.
Regardless of what your bank account says, you get to choose if you want to believe something different.
This works because simply put, your beliefs create your reality.
So, change the words you’re using and turn them into something that actually makes you feel good, feel abundant, feel like the world is your oyster.
Because, I can give you a money back guarantee that saying “I’m broke” all time or “I can’t afford that” isn’t making you feel good or like anything is possible for you.
If you want to attract more money into your life, start by feeling like it’s possible.
And the best place to start is with using words and affirmations that make you feel abundant.
3. Gratitude Bomb
Gratitude is such an amazing feeling.
And if you want to feel more abundant in your life without spending a dime, gratitude won’t cost you anything.
A gratitude bomb is one of the best ways to feel abundant right here and right now.
It’s also a great way to bring you out of your head from what could have been, what you could have, to what you have sitting right in front of you.
The way I practice gratitude bombs is to begin by looking around me and simply giving thanks for everything I can see.
I am grateful for my legs, I am grateful for my hands, I am grateful for my home, I am grateful for my dog…etc.
I do this until I can’t think of anything else in front of me then I move onto things that aren’t here just yet.
Giving gratitude for things that haven’t come yet is one of the easiest ways to bring them into your life.
I learned this trick from the book, The Magic by Rhonda Byrne and it works wonders.
Feeling gratitude for the things you have, the things you don’t yet have and the things you have gotten in the past, will immediately elevate your mood, make you feel incredible and will put you in a space of abundance.
Because it’s when we feel we don’t have anything that we have feelings of lack.
4. Get Clear on How the Money will make you Feel
You know how in movies the therapist is always like, “and how does that make you feel?”
Well, I’m asking you to do that right now.
Think about the amount of money that you want to manifest/attract into your life then think about how having that money would make you feel.
Would it make you happy? Joyful? Relived? Free? Confident? Giving?
Write these feelings down in a notebook or your phone and do what you can every single day to feel more of these feelings.
Pet a puppy, take a bubble bath, go for a walk, exercise, try on a sexy outfit, whatever.
Do whatever you need to do on a daily basis that will help you feel into the feelings of what it would feel like to have that money.
This way, you’re not attaching to the outcome, you’re feeling your way to abundance.
The universe responds to your feelings.
Your feelings then create thoughts, which turn into beliefs and then those thoughts, feelings, and beliefs create your actions.
If you noticed any “negative” feelings come up when thinking about how having that amount of money would make you feel such as, I’m not worthy of that money, I’d be greedy, can I handle it, etc. check out Kathrin Zenkina’s book, Unleash your Inner Money Babe.
It’s a fantastic book to help you overcome your inner money monologue and manifest the money you desire into your life quickly.
5. Choose to see Other People’s Success as a Positive
In the world of social media highlight reels and overnight successes, it’s tough to not play the comparison game.
We’ve all had a little scroll down Instagram lane, saw someone with a brand new car we want or sitting poolside on a tropic island and watched helplessly as our vision filled up with the green haze of jealousy.
But here’s the thing to remember, our outer world is simply a projection of our inner world.
Which basically just means, whatever we think about and feel consciously and subconsciously we will see evidence of reflected back to us.
If you’re constantly seeing people doing what you want to do and being successful at it, take it as a sign that it’s also possible for you.
It’s the “if she, him, or they can do it, so can I” mentality.
This is really just a mindset shift, but one that can leave you feeling empowered as all heck, puffing your chest out like superwoman (or man) or down in the dumps, jealous and frustrated.
The choice is yours.
6. Get Out Into Nature
Nature is one of the most abundant places on the planet.
The sky is vast, the sun is shining, the birds are chirping, there’s literally no way not to feel the abundance swelling up in your chest while sitting cross-legged on the grass.
Nature is also a place that holds many lessons.
Take a bird sitting on a branch for example.
Do you think the bird is worried about the branch breaking?
No, because it has 1,000% trust #science in its own ability to fly.
Trust in yourself that the money you want is already on its way to you, trust in the universe that it’s doing everything in its power to make you the best you possible and just breath in some fresh air.
Choose to see the abundance around you and you will automatically see the abundance in yourself.
7. Be Intentional with What you Consume & Who you spend your Time With
Being intentional with your time and your life, in general, is one of the best and easiest ways to ensure you’re consuming the things that serve you.
By this I just mean, if you’re spending your time with people who complain about being broke, follow people on social media who put others down or watch tv shows and movies that don’t align with your goals, it’s not going to get you anywhere.
We are programmed to fit in.
And when we don’t fit in, ie. have goals, want a bigger and better life for ourselves, we either leave or do what we need to do to fit in by playing small.
If you want to feel more abundant, listen to people who are abundant.
Consume podcasts, books, videos, courses, Ted Talks, that align with what you want to feel and what you want out of your life.
And yes, this includes being intentional with who you follow on social media.
My rule of thumb is this, I will only follow accounts that make me better and serve my goals.
Here’s a list of books, and podcasts that will inspire, motivate and push you to be the person you’re meant to be:
Feeling Abundant Doesn’t Cost You Anything
The easiest way to detach from the outcome, to attract more money into your life is to simply feel your way to abundance.
Think about how that money would make you feel.
Do more of the things that make you feel the same way and watch what happens.
