This channel is also great if you want to make sure you are using proper form for each exercise which is extremely important.

If you want to slow things down and ease your aching muscles from the past four at-home workout channels, Yoga with Adriane is the perfect pick me up.
Whether you’re a complete noob (like me) and need some help getting down the moves or you’re a pro, Adriene has a video for you.
She has also has a yoga flow for everything you could possibly think of.
